LITGARD warrants to all its customers that its products are free of defects resulting from manufacturing or material flaws. If your product is defective at the time of delivery and it was purchased on our website, please contact us immediately. This will ensure that your faulty product will be replaced as quickly and effortlessly as possible. This warranty does not apply to defects or damage resulting from improper handling, improper care, heat, neglect, crash, deterioration or unintended use. LITGARD guarantees that its products are free from defects for a period of one (1) year from the time of purchase. Any LITGARD product that is proved to have been defective in materials or workmanship within 1 year from the time of purchase will either be replaced or repaired at its option free of charge. This requires that the product is returned to us with prepaid freight. Proof of purchase needs to be provided for all warranty claims. To claim the warranty, please get in contact with LITGARD customer care with a letter indicating the specific reason(s) you are returning the helmet, along with proof of date of purchase. LITGARD will then evaluate the claim. This warranty is in lieu of all other agreements and warranties, general or special, express or implied and no representative or person is authorised to assume liability on behalf of LITGARD in connection with the sale or use of this product.
