Return Policy

RETURNS

We hope to count you as yet another satisfied customer who relishes our products. If this is not the case and you do need to return a product, we have put together the below information to make your return as seamless as possible. Returns must be made within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product.

All items you wish to return must be in their original condition and include all original tags and stickers. The product packaging must also be in brand new condition and include any documentation that was included in the box when it was originally received. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the return filing to be rejected. Please be aware that we do not cover or reimburse the shipping costs incurred for returned goods.

 

SO HOW DOES IT WORK?

  1. Initiate a return via our return form.
  2. You will receive an email confirmation with your return number.
  3. Either print this email confirmation or write the return number on a piece of paper and include it in the package to be returned.
  4. Send your package back to LITGARD. We do not cover the shipping cost associated with returns nor do we reimburse you. Please store your receipt/proof of shipping.
  5. Once the goods have been received by us they will be subject to inspection. If the returned goods are in proper condition the refund process will be initiated.
  6. The refund process can take up to 20 business days after we receive your returned goods.

Please keep in mind that LITGARD bear no responsibility for lost or damaged goods on route to our warehouse. We therefore suggest that you use a trusted courier that offers insurance and tracking services. 
 

Any refund will be made to the same credit card or account used to make the purchase.
